Build

The F22 may be all plastic but it has a sturdy build that inspires confidence. The wings are easy to fold and unfold. You don’t have to remove any parts just to make it happen as even the blades can collapse in place when necessary. Controls

The controller has a maximum reach of 1800 feet. If you venture beyond this, then you run the risk of losing control of the drone which may drift far away. The good news is that the F22 comes with an auto return function that makes the unit come back to the user when it senses that the signal has been lost. It will exhibit the same behavior when the battery falls below a certain threshold. The controls have a smartphone holder at the top and hand grips at the bottom. Indicator lights are front and center for easy monitoring. It is possible to control the drone directly using gestures to take a selfie and more.
